PhD student at the University of Liege in political and social science (with an orientation in anthropology) under the direction of Elodie Razy, my research is mainly in the field of childhood and child anthropology, the anthropology of migration and the anthropology of food.
My thesis, currently in progress, questions the place and the role of food in the daily life of children and families seeking asylum in French-speaking Belgium (Province of Liege).
I am also a member of the European project Food2Gather "Exploring foodscapes as public spaces for integration", which aims to understand and analyze how food can be a vector of intercultural communication, exchange - and more broadly integration and / or exclusion - between migrant populations and host societies in Europe.
