Food & History is a benchmark international journal, launched by the IEHCA and distributed by Brepols. It has acquired an original place in the landscape of scientific knowledge by winning recognition for food history as a field of research in its own right.

Tables des Hommes is a collection set up in partnership between the IEHCA and the Presses Universitaires François-Rabelais (the University of Tours press) and the Presses Universitaires de Rennes. This collection provides human and social science perspectives on food and food culture, seeking to throw light on how people relate to food.

A la table des Grands Monuments is a collection that combines research with popularisation, with each title showcasing an emblematic historic monument through the prism of cooking and food.
